Response Times & Availability Our team is located across multiple time zones to ensure we stay on top of the latest gaming news, but our official "Office Hours" for support are:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed (We’re probably busy with a weekend raid or a racing tournament!)
